Not paying attention to details

"Customer service representative indicated she did not have a reservation for me. And instructed me to call the booking company I use after an hour of going back and forth with hotels.com and the front desk she discovered that I did pre check in and she had already checked me in. Also the bath tub was full of long women hair a good amount "

Over the top hospitality!

"We had a great stay. Front desk staff was great and very helpful. No hot water for tea when we arrived but she happily went and got it and then later my husband went down to ask about a pharmacy close by and they helped with that as well. Very clean hotel and super convenient. This was our 2nd stay here but it won’t be the last. "
