It was very close and convenient to Campus. Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and helpful with dining options. Lobby area was very nice and comfortable.

The room was okay but not at all as I expected with the rating that Expedia listed for the motel. Room was crowded, bathroom small, bathtub old, and lighting inadequate. There was also a chemical smell in the room that bothered me. Breakfast was okay but somewhat limited.

Very nice stay. The carpet is older but it was clean! Beds were comfortable and clean! Bathroom was nice and clean! Good coffee. Nice breakfast area.

Disappointed that in a 3 night stay we received new towels once, garbage taken out once, otherwise bed was never made, no new coffee provided, just the bare minimum.

The room was perfectly comfortable and the hotel was well located for our event at Iowa State. There were a lot of families there that had kids running all over and trying to get in peoples doors while I was there though.

Staff wasn't very friendly we asked about rates for the next day, asked if they took AARP or if they had a discount for contractors because we are here plowing snow and she said no we don't very rude. I wish I could remember her name. We had to scoope the snow in front of the door, no big deal. But that lady that was working she acted like she hated her job.i know she had short hair glasses and on Friday jan.12 I seen her working in laundry.

A nothing special hotel. Nice enough , but nothing is over the top. TV is certainly dated. Furnished on a budget. Clean and comfortable.

Nice clean lobby and friendly staff. Room was clean and orderly with all the essentials in top working order. Breakfast was simple and well done and loved the nescafe coffee maker! Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is close to the ISU campus. Quiet. Older hotel that has been remodeled. Easy parking. Convince store right next to property that you can walk to. Basic room, but clean, which is important. The toilet was short and should be replaced. My bed was fine, but my Mom said that she could feel a spring in her bed in the other room. There is a coffee, hot chocolate beverage machine that was nice in the lobby. Breakfast was fine. Pool is small, but nice. Perfect for my 7 year old. Only 3 ft-5ft depth.

Magnetic key cards failed repeatedly and had to go to desk clerk to get replacements. Outer entrance door keycard lock nearest our room never worked. Breakfast was nice, but no option for decaf coffee.

Get what you pay for
Front desk check in was fast and friendly, room was clean and comfortable (a bit humid, had to turn the heat up to dry out the air). Only complaint was that the TV remote channel up/down buttons didn't work. Breakfast was powdered eggs and decent bacon, usual continental stuff (fruit, yogurt, oatmeal etc). 8/10, would stay again.
