"I had a great stay in the ibis Ouarzazate hotel. Nice staff, if you had a question they were there to help you. I rented a car, but also without a car you can move by taxi. Next to the hotel was 24/7 police, it felt really safe. Good breakfast and I enjoyed the big swimming pool. If I’m back in Ouarzazate ..."

"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate"

"We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic! ..."
