"This unit needs updating. It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell. Also, this is the first beach house we've ever rented that didn't have any beach gear—no chairs, umbrella, towels. Nothing- so come prepared. "It was good for what we needed. It allowed us to bring our dog. The unit was dated and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Other then that worked well"
