"Everything was perfect. From before check in to check out. I booked and next thing I know, I'm getting a WhatsApp message from the hotel about my booking and asking what do i need from them to make my stay successful. A great start. They accommodated every request i had like helping with language barrier, recommendations, transport, food, etc. The morning breakfast was on point. "We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay."

"This was my second stay as I liked the first. I must take it account the very low price. This was great given the low amount I paid. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast was included It is close to Cotisse bus station. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with prior. They bought bus tickets for me and all the staff I met were friendly. Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "
