"Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap"

"We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. "Located right in the town.. Close proximity to many restaurants and party spots. Cheffy is the host and he is very helpful. He recommended spots for me to visit and was very attentive whenever he was needed. You can also drive to Secret Beach from here and its about 40mins by golf cart but I recommend the drive because its very scenic and you get to see the island.. I'd definitely recommend here for the price and the location and knowing you can get assistance from Cheffy."

"Aruna Resort & Villas is a beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting San Pedro. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and cater to your every wish from the front office of Rose and Suzy, to the wait staff and boat captains. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the boat to come and pick us up to take us to San Pedro or back to the resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the views are wonderful. Truly a vacation to remember. "

"I had a great experience at Watermark. The staff was friendly, we always came back to a clean room with fresh towels and the location was close to all the restaurants and shops! We had a couple issues with our room and the hotel rectified them immediately. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. "

"The resort seems to be fairly new and still in construction. We had ants in our room for the entire stay and called everyday for someone to call resolve the issue. I also noticed that other guests were shown around the property and we were not. The hospitality could have been much better. "
