"This property has so much character, the staff is incredible and it’s located right in town!"

"It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was so genuine and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. We felt very safe and secure the entire stay. Would 100% recommend."

"I was a solo female traveler put on the ground level where everyone could see me clearly coming and going by myself. When I requested a upper level room I was told that was the only room in my category even though the hotel was only at 10% capacity. I bring my own towels and they don't look anything like the hotel towels and the housekeeper must have taken my towel because when I went to use it, it was gone and I had just used it that morning before they came to clean the room. "I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. "The room was super clean and comfortable, the AC was perfect and kept us super cool. The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had everything we needed. The location was centrally located to just about anything you needed in town. We were walking distance to everything. The negative part of being so centrally located was it got super loud at night especially on the weekends."

"Loved this place so much! Even the management was amazing! Very responsive as well! Will absolutely be back."

"Had a great time at Grand Caribe. Staff was excellent. Property has a lot of great ammediates."

"If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place! Transportation to and from the airport was convenient and easy to arrange. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and cool towel. :) Duane (bartender) took great care of us every day! Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there and the sargassum was in full effect (GAG). The room was great and the bed was comfortable."

"The staff could not be more friendly, accommodating and professional. Only thing...it took a little while in the mornings to receive my breakfast after ordering. But the entire experience was really great...enjoyed the hospitality!"
