"Room was clean, housekeeping was amazing! Dinners were very slow in a large group. Jess at the beach club was fantastic! Great place to stay. A few tweaks would make this a 5 star. We had a great week long vacation! Would not recommend the all-inclusive package. Lots of great places to eat in town. "

"Staff was very helpful. James was an entertaining bartender and Javier was on point with getting our food delivered to our room for us at the end of each day. Mata Rocks had a charming vibe, we feel so lucky to have found it!"

"On arrival we found the towels completed covered in bugs, we then saw bugs on our bed sheets and other areas of the room, bugs had gotten into our backpack. We texted the manager Miguel at 7:30 who said he would come right away, he arrived at 8:30 and told us the room had been fumigated prior to our arrival but he would do a deep clean and fumigation right now.
