La tarifa ofertada en la APP no corresponde a la realidad (2 x la tarifa). El desayuno sin opciones veganas. No se anuncia el tipo de desayuno. El hotel está en remodelación y no hay ascensor disponible. No hay ayuda con equipaje. Sin agua caliente. El refrigerador/minibar Extremadamente caro para el servicio recibido.

The listing showed a hot tub but it was not working. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't working. The hotel gave us a room facing the parking lot where people were drinking and talking at 1 am. The breakfast was unimpressive and carbohydrate-heavy. I will never stay there again.

El edificio es histórico, el desayuno buffet está bien. La habitación es pequeña, tiene caja fuerte, secadora de pelo , el baño es limpio y tiene shampoo, rinde y crema. El parqueadero es estrecho pero alcanza para todos los huéspedes. Atención atenta del personal. Se puede llegar sin tener que cruzar por la ciudad

En genera bien, habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, el punto importante es que cuando se hace la reservación piden la edad de los niños en mi caso 10 y 12 años y que el desayuno está incluído en la tarifa del hotel, más el momento de llegar me dicen que los niños son grandes y que el desayuno de ellos no está incluído, faltaría ser más específicos en las promociones y dejar claramente especificado esto puesto que al hacer la reservación on-line aparte de no especificar estas características en las que se sobreentiende que está incluído, no hay opciones diferentes para seleccionarlas.
