We had a suite, it was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge our devices. We had a couple of issues: the bathroom had a bit of unpleasant odor and the shower water never got hot enough the next morning, while it was fine the day we checked in. Check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Front desk answered all our questions satisfactorily. The included breakfast was adequate.

It is a homely property with a very helpful staff. They do their best to provide everything you request. The taxi service provided was excellent. However, the it is a hotel with basic facilities I.e. limited breakfast buffet menu and the quality of amenities but is good enough for the price they charge. They are an excellent 3.5 star hotel.

Alleppey city stopover

Post houseboat backwater cruise. Conveniently located in the centre of Alleppey. Stayed 1 night. Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. The health and massage facility on level 3 was excellent...best 2hour facial and massage experience ever.

We had not such a great experience. As I'm gluten free they didn't respond on pre-arrival queries around GF food. Reception was not really willing to think in solutions. Room was not really clean, Aircon was defect, and everything seemed to be an issue. Service experience wasn't great. Can't really recommend visiting again.

Une chambre qui semblait agréable au premier regard mais qui c’est avérée très bruyante en début de nuit, que se soit le bruit des véhicules dans la cour, la climatisation même en mode silencieux et surtout le système de ventilation de cuisine de 9h à 22h40 juste au dessus de la chambre 109. Pour le reste bon accueil, petit déjeuner moyen.

スタッフの笑顔とサービスが素晴らしかったです。それだけで充分居心地は良いうえに、部屋も広くて清潔で快適でした。ペットボトルのお水はリクエストすればいつでも持ってきてくれるしお部屋でコーヒー、紅茶が飲めるのも良かったです。朝食はカレー2種、主食のチャパティのようなもの3種、食パンにオムレツ、ゆで卵、パイナップルなど、どれも美味しかったです。 2泊目から体調がすぐれなかったのですが、レセプションに相談したら薬を出してくれました。これがとてもよく効いて本当にありがたかったです。 お部屋の広さについてですが、一番小さな部屋は日本のビジネスホテルのようにコンパクトで使いやすそうでした。ワンランク上のお部屋は広くてさらに快適だったのでおすすめですよ
