"The staff of the hotel is really great, everyone is super pleasant, nice and very helpful.
The installations are not as seen in the pictures. The whole place is old, poor maintained, and not as clean as one would hope for. The wi-fi does not work properly in the bedroom and when we asked for a solution, there wasn't one. I found a roach in the bathroom and the shower showed parts that were really not cleaned, kinda gross actually. The tv has no cable and just a handful of local channels. The AC works fine but it's turned off once you leave the room, meaning that when you come back from your endeavors you find a very hot and humid bedroom, so much so that you can smell it.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good with fresh juices, local fruits, a very nice lady making fresh eggs and tapioca on demand. Again, the staff is the biggest asset this hotel has. For the price, we should have much better installations. I cannot say I recommend it."
