"The hotel, location and staff are top. We couldn‘t recommend enough this place! The hotel staff are always willing to help and solve. We fell ill and the staff quickly helped us find a doctor and also helped us cooking special food. They also immediately provided support with our booking, as a consequence of the mistake made by Expedia. Food was great and every day you can find something different, we were too unlucky we couldn‘t try them after we became ill, but even the diet food was great.
We really enjoyed our trip there and of we were to go back, we would certainly do it to this hotel."
"This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip. They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that.

"Lovely setting, right on the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly, food very good for buffet and three al a Carte restaurant meals included.
Room was a good size and separate area for teenage kids ideal. Only half hour drive from Heraklion airport and parking free at hotel. We rented a car as late flight and wanted to get to hotel ASAP. Car rental cheaper than private transfer and easy drive.
Paid for late check out as return flight not till after 11pm and was well worth it."

"Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel service was impeccable. I would highly recommend. "
