"Valentina at the front desk was fantastic. She was super welcoming, gave us updates on weather and went above and beyond on answering questions. I had a question earlier in the morning that she did not know the answer to. Most people would have just let it go. Valentina got the answer for me later that morning and sent it to me via Whats App! "Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal.
