"My experience at Crowne Plaza was excellent, I am delighted to recommend same to anyone looking for quality service, comfort and a memorable stay. I was impressed right from my arrival even though I had expected the fees to be debited from the account I supplied at the point of booking. Regardless, the staff were courteous, respectful and attentive. Crown Plaza offers an experience worthy of my return. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists, business travelers, friends or family...

"The room was great and the location was amazing"

"It’s an older building so keep they in mind. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The room was spacious and the elevator is a plus. The location is ideal close to the metro and the bus station is just outside the hotel. There is a super market next door but no fridge or microwave in the room."

"Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very efficient little suite. Good use of space. Good location."

"I like the fact it was a walking distance from Bella center, however the hospitality was not great . The breakfast was not complimentary, no complimentary water or tea in the room ."
