"There were multiple times they made a mistake and didn’t bill for something. Be sure to check your bill closely. Also, the restaurant wasn’t clear on a charge for a bottle of champagne for a special event. Kind of a let down at the end of a trip."

"An exceptional hotel. We had a very spacious room with a balcony and an amazing view. The breakfast choices endless and yummy. The hotel is on top of a hill and away from downtown. If arriving by train, you will need to take a taxi (only 13-14 Euros). "Generally the hotel is very nice. However the Air conditioning within the room turns off every hour or so and there is no way to prevent this from happening. This meant that the room would heat up every hour +, I would get out of bed, turn it back on, and repeat throughout the night."
