"I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — right in the middle of the medieval city and just below the Sanctuary. It’s perfect for exploring Rocamadour on foot. The hotel feels new and modern inside, even though it’s set in such a historic area. My room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet (18 euros) was excellent — plenty of choice and good quality. I was also able to park just outside the city gate, about 200 meters from the hotel, for €6.50 overnight and then I had the perfect parking spot for the next day, which was very convenient.
It was the perfect place to stay for one night so I could enjoy Rocamadour early in the morning before the tourists arrived. The only small downside was the hair dryer — one of those typical weak hotel ones that take forever to dry your hair. Also, the town is very quiet after 7 p.m. (I was there on a Wednesday in late October), with most places closed, including restaurants. Even though the hotel’s restaurant is open, the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m., and there weren’t many people around, so the atmosphere felt a bit dull. I ended up having dinner at the restaurant just outside the city gate, which was the only lively place that evening.
Overall, a great stay — comfortable, clean, and ideally located for discovering beautiful Rocamadour"
"Great hotel with super friendly staff.
If I wasn’t on a tight schedule, I’d definitely stay here longer just to recharge and have a quiet recharge time. "

10/10 Excellent
"The kids loved the animals (pig, chickens, rabbit, donkeys, horse, goats, ram) right outside our door.
Nice sized kitchen and living area. Toilet up and down stairs. Two rooms upstairs with comfortable beds and blankets.
Pool was a bit cool but loved dry and wet sauna.
It seemed they had many amenities but we were there in off season and they were not really explained to us. Like they had basketball courts but no ball…
Tons of things to do close by: monkeys, dinosaurs, caves, castles, train "
"The room was hotter than a sauna and the fan the hotel provided was not only useless but also so noisy i could not sleep.
Worst night by far on my euro tour."
"Bernadette was an excellent host. Family of 4 was very comfortable in two adjoining rooms. Rooms and bathrooms have all been renovated with modern amenities . Beds were very comfortable.
Host asked us the night before when we would like breakfast, her suggestion for 9:00 am was perfect time. Fresh pastries ( all homemade) yogurt, jams, juice and coffee and chocolate milk for kids, were all ready for us. We enjoyed talking to Bernadette about our travels during breakfast.
Property was spacious and kids enjoyed visiting the horses on the property. Chickens roaming around and a sweet friendly cat were a highlight for our family. They have a very nice pool area with chairs and patio area which host said we could use anytime. Bring your own towels if you are able to use the pool. We unfortunately were only booked for one night so we did not get to use the pool. The town of Dordogne is a short drive from Moulin De Lassalle B& B would recommend a stop to this charming medieval village with its shops and restaurants.
Would highly recommended this charming B&B if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in the French country side. Merci beaucoup Bernadette!"
