"No plug sockets near bed where phone can be charged. Nearest sockets all 'special' (non UK standard). Had to unplug TV and charge phone out of reach and use. If UK sockets are disdained, USB ports near the bed would have been very useful. Apart from that everything else was A1"

"Overall, a great pre/post cruise stay. Breakfast was included for our stay and there was a nice selection on the menu including gluten free bread. The only observation is with the staffing in the restaurant at breakfast. It was unorganized and a little slow."

"Our stay was amazing. We stayed to go to the reading festiabl and it was brilliantly located 10 min walk to the train station. And abouve a mall wirh so many shops and parking!! Will definitely be staying here again."

Smaller town than I was expecting but catered for all our needs. The hotel staff were very attentive with our every need and service was outstanding.
