One suggestion to improve access and ease of getting to the lowest level: Add a wooden step stool to help all, especially seniors and children, to step up, the lowest level is rather high off the floor."

"the staff receptionist was wonderful, but the entire hotel simply needed more service. He was trying to check in several groups at once and many of the rooms had problems. Some had no working electrical outlets, some had not been cleaned and one even still had another guest in it. he was doing his best, but needed more help. "
