This hotel was NOT worth what we paid per night. It is absolutely an OLD hotel. The room smells like old furniture and mildew. The mattress is about 20 years old, sinking in the middle, and the box spring is coming apart. The curtains were ripped in several places. The room door appeared as though it had been kicked, and no one bothered to repair it. This is a $59 to $70 per night hotel, not $200 or more! An absolute DISAPPOINTMENT👎👎. Also, there is no elevator, so don't come with a lot of luggage, I'm just saying. The pictures that are advertised for this hotel are buy-bait.

My partner and I had a long day of traveling and looked forward to a comfy and clean place to rest. Our check in went smooth and the front desk person was sweet. We headed up to our room and the first thing we saw were cockroaches on our door. We took pictures of them and immediately asked for a refund. We were refused a refund and had to get a different room. I would not recommend this hotel. The information listed on your website and reviews were misleading. We had a terrible stay and recommend people to bring their business somewhere else if they prefer cleaner places. It also was more expensive than surrounding hotels.

We had a wonderful stay and plan on staying there again this Friday. Mostly Everything was wonderful. I used the gym facilities. However, breakfast was disappointing. The hot water for my tea was ice cold. There was no batter mix to make the waffles, juices were watered down. Once I brought this to the employee’s attention, she took care of it all.

Nice stay
A very clean and quiet place, which is much appreciated. There was a breakfast bar provided; the receptionist was helpful. The only downside is the bathroom didn't have ventilation and the heating/AC took a hot minute to figure out how to use. I would book here again.

Well we had to harmless bugs in our room. No big deal. Our room didnt have a bible. The back door to the parking lot had had a strong smell of smoking that led into the hallways.

Overbooked, our single king was give to someone else and we wound up with a 2 doubles in the family section. Doors banging, kids jumping and yelling, and the parents were no better. This lasted until 1:00AM, not to mention that the room was located by the laundry room and we had to listen to the dryer clanking too. Only saving grace was we had a bed.

The front desk clerk was very nice however the property overbooked and instead of the king room we reserved we got a room with two full size beds, not even a queen!!! Less than acceptable. There are children running through the hallway on the first floor after 10 pm. Yelling and playing unsupervised. Very disappointed.

I was pleased with how clean everything was. Breakfast was also good. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I did call to report our commode not flushing properly, and no one ever came. Had to use bathroom near lobby. Sinks also drained very slow. So when they came to clean our room on check out, they got a surprise in the toilet.

This was my second stay here. The room I got this time was clean, but not as nice as last time. The TV remote would only work within 2 feet of the TV despite changing the batteries. The shower curtain rod was coming loose and the shower curtain would not stay closed resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. Good breakfast, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. No sign of bugs.

The room was always like humid tropical rain forest even with air on. Everything stayed damp, all of our clothes were damp. We got caught in the rain on second day, hung all our clothes up for days, they never dried. There is mold in the room on the furniture. Every night when we came back there were a bunch of construction workers in parking lot, making inappropriate comments, whistles, as we were getting our stuff out of the car, which was very uncomfortable. Several park their trucks facing the hotel and just sit in their truck. They can easily see which light goes on to figure out what room we are in. Everything in area was sold out otherwise we would have moved. We tried to leave day early with 36 hr notice they refused. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating. That’smy positive about this place.

Saturday evening our ceiling started to leak. We were moved to another room however, we noticed that another occupant was in that room the very next day. I find it hard to believe that a leaking ceiling was repaired that quickly. You could see this wasn't the first leak at that spot. We had to have our keys re-keyed numerous times during our stay despite ensuring we were not causing the issue.Staff was friendly.

Not a Bad Stay
Was only a 1 night stay. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the lamp outlets were not adaptable to our chargers and kept falling out which was annoying. Front desk people were nice.

This place looked sketchy. Instant regret when I arrived. The room had one of those doors that goes to another room in case you want adjoined rooms. Also, we arrived at night and there needs to be more lighting on the side of the building. Stains on the dirty carpet…just gross.

the breakfast wasn't as good as it used to be they were giving out small donuts and muffins out for the bigger ones also some of the food was greasy.
