Great price/quality ratio. Don’t be deceived by the anodyne-looking exterior. The hotel is charming, even stylish in the public areas, staff couldn’t be more accommodating, parking (outside or in garage) is convenient and free, and road access is easy. In a quasi-industrial and fair area, so of most use for business stays. I stayed because of nearby social plans and it was a perfect choice.

Review
We have stayed here before, last time our room was bigger and of a better quality. Twice no bath matt was left and the shower temperature kept fluctuating. However it is a nice hotel in a good location.

Best western tre torri
On top of the usual amenities, nice change to standard european hotels with coffee in the room, full breakfast with eggs (cheap at 3 euros/person) and a small gym. Fairly large and comfy room. In between vicenza (20 min) and verona (40 min) but location is very industrial so nothing to see there per say and need a car.

We've stayed here many times and have always been pleased with the location, facilities and service. It's an inexpensive place to stay when visiting Vicenza, with helpful staff, clean rooms and free breakfast.

Noisy at night.
Very noisy late at night when attempting to sleep. Complained to night shift reception man who came to my room to check noise. I asked him to inform hotel manager which he said he would do. When I checked out the following morning nobody at the reception desk never mentioned anything which I thought was disgusting not to reconize the problems I had. Room 115 date of stay 21& 22nd October 2015.

Nice hotel. Great rooms and very comfy beds. Probably one of the best beds i've slept in. Area is out the way with ladies of the night around. secure free parking was useful

Very good hotel...
I stayed in a twin bed-room. Very clean, very good and fast wi-fi. I arrived at around 00,30 and the person at reception was very helpful in giving me some toiletries items as my bag did not arrive from Amsterdam.. I will certainly go back when back to that area...

This hotel is conveniently located if you have car, not much to see and do close to it. The restaurant is very high level compare to the hotel standard most of customers weren't hotel guests) but not easy to order if you don't speak Italian, printed menu very short but Chef offering daily specials…. only in italian; Only negative point was the wifi, unstable and very limited spec.

Good option to stay in the Verona/Padova area
Nice hotel between Verona and Padova if you are driving and want to avoid the high prices of hotels located inside the touristic cities. We were driving, so the location near the highway made it very easy to explore Padova (20 minutes drive), Verona (30 minutes drive) and Lago de Garda (45 minutes drive). Near the hotel you can find some good restaurants and small shops.

Close to local transportation
Chose this hotel because of its location to the local bus stop, and it is within easy walking distance to the train station. For the price, this hotel was great. Room was small but very functional, service was exceptional and breakfast was more than we expected. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be close to local transportation, and wants a comfortable stay.

The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good, a nice plus. The beds were terrific with excellent mattresses. It also was very quiet at night so we could get a good nights sleep, and breakfast was ready when we began our day at 6:30, despite being posted as 7 am.

Really enjoyed our stay!
We traveled with our children and loved that they offered family rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly, and spoke English. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was included and it too was wonderful. It's a little off the main roads, but was still easy to get to and easy to find. We would recomend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel to stay at
Don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior of the hotel is just average, but the interior is gorgeous. We stayed in a family suite, which was 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a king size bed). Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was delicious. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. I rated the comfort a 3 because we like our bedrooms to be cold, and the air conditioning had been shut off for the winter. We just left the windows open, and it was good enough. The hotel is right next to train tracks, but I can't remember any trains running at night. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic, even if it is a little expensive. Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Best Western but indifferent service!
The hotel is very modern and is smart, clean and very well air conditioned. However, service - especially in the restaurant - was indifferent at best. Staff levels seemed to be at an absolute minimum and those that were on duty seemed more inclined to attend to and chat with local (Italian) guests rather than other nationalities. Breakfast was plentiful.

A refurbished 70's hotel?
Having spent more than a week enjoying medieval Italian buildings in old cities this hotel was initially a bit of a shock. A typical 60's/70's block construction in an area that looks like it should be developed was, in fact, a very nice place inside. Only the block construction columns in the reception area and the small, slow lift gave the hint of the buildings past. The room was very nice and modern with a really large bed with quality bedding. The air con had been running which made the room comfortable on arrival. The ensuite was nicely tiled in a soft blue colour and had a good shower over a full-size bath with a bidet and toilet alongside. There was no noise at all and we slept very well. The breakfast was served in an open, airy room and had a full buffet. We noted that they catered for ethnic/religious diets as well as the usual Western hotel provision. So we learned once again not to judge from initial impressions - this is a place worth staying in.

A Hidden Gem
Since this was our first road trip to Italy, we were slightly disappointed with the area of the hotel. Highly industrial along this area of the autostrade. However, at such a great price, we should have figured. It was actually very quiet. The train went by every once and a while, but we did not notice it at night. Highly recommend Angelo's Pizzaria in walking distance. Great food and service, and open late. We are a family of four, two adults and two small childen, so we had to reserve the largest room. We were given a two bedroom, two bathroom suite with one king and two twins. Very comfortable beds, and very clean. Housekeeping even folded some clothes we had left on the floor. Free internet, free breakfast with a large selection.

I think everythng is good excepting the lifts. Breakfast is very nice and rooms are small but good. Service levels are also very good. The location is ideal for covering Verona & Venice because its in the centre of both these locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and strongly recommend.

Great Value hotel
We were surprised that the hotel was very good for the price. Obviously it isn't the hilton but the staff were great, the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the way but the area is good. There are a number of car dealerships close by and we found a very good discount store just a block away that had some good deals my wife discovered (leave it to a woman to find a deal!) Definately would stay their again.

My stay at this hotel was very nice. Hotel personnel were professional and willing to help. In vicinity of Hotel I have visited a nice Pizzeria "All' Angolo Ristorante Pizzeria". Food was delicious. Highly recommended! I was not happy with the breakfast at hotel. It was very poor. Al in all it was great experience.

OK but not phenomenal
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite good. The bed, to be honest, was a bit crippling! Could feel the springs - definitely not a pillow top! Location was fine - if you are on your way from Venice to Verona or points in between. As it turned out we went to Verona and then had to double back to find our hotel (certainly not the hotel's fault) I'd stay again.

When we arrived at our hotel after touring Venice and Murano in the heat all day we were disappointed that our room reservations were messed up- we had reserved 2 triple rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 double. To make it more frustrating the hotel clerk was insisting that it was my mistake even when I showed her the confirmed email the hotel had sent me (luckily I had it one me because it I didn't I would not be able to prove it). It was only when she referred us to her superior that he admitted that it was the hotel's oversight but were unable to give us the 2 triple rooms but instead a double with a king size bed so three people had to sleep in this king size bed. We were not given any discount and it was too late to go somewhere else. Unacceptable!

The hotel was in excellent condition. It had nice amenities and was comfortable. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Not as close to Palladian estates as hoped, but one train stop and taxi enabled us to see the sites.

First Time To Italy
The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. The AC worked like a charm to keep us cool in the Italian summer heat. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of fresh pastries, fruits, variety of cheeses, cold cut meats, yogurt and cerearl. The coffee at the buffet was "blah", but the specialty coffee was great at the BAR. It was difficulty finding the hotel even with our GPS. There was plenty of free parking, The neighborhood did not seem very nice, but our car was left unbothered throughout our 2 nights stay.
