"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "Room was fine. Small and not really anywhere to open suitcase if you don’t want it on the bed. An extra waste bin would have been nice. My room only had a tiny one in the bathroom and a recycle bin. Would not recommend eating here. Lasagna in the evening was very basic and felt like it was yesterday’s warmed up. Breakfast also disappointed. Hard bacon and not a lot of variety."

"Wasn’t impressed that I asked where the breakfast was served as it was included in the room, was sent to the restaurant and they told me I had to pay afterwards as that wasn’t the right room and by that time I’d missed breakfast in the room where it was included so I left hungry. The room smelled musty and the staff weren’t particularly friendly. Not the experience I had the first time I stayed here unfortunately"

"Room was lovely, clean and spacious, the staff were friendly at reception. The only down side was when we went to get the airport shuttle there was a rather large queue, so we ended up walking to terminal 3- thankfully only a short 10 minute walk but not ideal when an airport shuttle is advertised. We watched the shuttle bus from our room window and a round trip took about 20 minutes."
