"This room was better than we expected. The staff were amazing and so helpful. And the view was breathtaking! The location was also so convenient to walk everywhere as well as using the nearby bus station. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

Al otro dia nonquisieron cambiarnos el cuarto y solo despues de quejarnos con expedia y con la administracion ofrecieron cambiarnos pero pagando la limpieza de 100 euros por el primer cuarto. El 3 dia no funcionaba la chapa y nuevamente como no hay personal en la recepcion no pudieron darnos una solucion. Se tuvo que saltar mi hijo por la ventana del primer piso para abrirnos desde...

"They provided an infant bed that was spacious enough for our 2-year-old, which was very helpful. The view from our room overlooking the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning.
