"Clean room, very comfortable and a decent size for a European city hotel. Wonderful, delicious breakfast and perfect location for walking around city. Parking is around the block in a paid garage for 16 E per night, so that kind of stinks if you have a car. Also, hotel ac units shut off in September and it was very warm and stuffy in the room since it was 22c / 75f degrees & opening the windows was very noisy and bugs were still flying in."
"The room was clean and the building was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be any real staff. You have to call to find how to get on the property then call to get admitted to the castle then someone lets you in. A young girl checks you in, but she won’t be there unless you call first. She was nice and tried to be helpful. She is also the person who cooks or sets up the breakfast and when you check out you have to call again.
