Horrible property. The rooms are big but mine was quiet filthy. I doubt the bed sheets had been changed. The food at the restaurant was horrible and even thought the place was empty the tables were dirty from the previous customers and had to chase the servers to come and take my order.

Clean and near airport
All in all a clean hotel next to airport. Pros: - near to Alor Setar airport - Islam compliant (no alcohol or pork in hotel) - room is spacious with view of paddy fields for certain rooms - adequately equipped gym. - separate gender swimming pools is available with sauna rooms. CONS - proper turning into hotel maybe confusing. - gym and sauna facilities not properly staff. No one to ask for towels. - breakfast was ok since it is fasting months. 3 choices of nasi lemak, fried noodles or American breakfast. - room need better plug points allocation. No plug points near the bed. - customers not informed of air con servicing!!! - shaver area spills over to toilet area.
