"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "It is a self check-in accommodation. Need to check in online before arriving the property for pass code. No elevator, but room was very spacious and well maintained. Air conditioning was not available so first the room felt hot, but it became better in the morning."
