"The EH is a fantastic value. Room was excellent- very clean, air cond was great, hot shower. The facilities - restaurant, gym, store in premises at Lee great. The best part, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything without the busy aspect found across most places in Kampala. If I go to Kampala again, definitely will stay there."

"Happy staying there. Food is good & staff are courteous and helpful. Food range is good. Must try is their Biryani & African Chicken Stew. However, the bathroom amenities are getting a bit worn out. Still overall happy with the stay. "

"Nice hotel if you want a hotel with a garden feeling. Enjoy breakfast in the garden. Saturdays there is usually a band so enjoy it or get annoyed for loud music until 1 am. Otherwise it is in a quiet area. Tip: ask for fresh omelette and proper coffee. It feels like a boutique hotel. On the negative side: the doors to the room are superthin and bathrooms eith water leakage. The spa is still in early stages but has good massage. I have explored many hotels in Kampala and this one had a good...

"Spacious rooms has complete kitchen with stove oven microwave fridge and a freezer! Very convenient if you want make your own meals. Security is great as well. Daily housekeeping provided as well.."

"This is the hotel we use on a regular basis when in Kampala for work. The staff there are very friendly, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the breakfast is okay. It’s a fantastic value-for-money hotel. Downside - only a couple of local TV stations; no movie channel. Parking can be an issue sometimes, but the hotel really try hard to accommodate us on this. And no fridge in a standard room. Other than these few minor items, the budget hotel is really great! "

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

"Staff were great and highy professional plus good meal. My stay was however not enjoyable due to poor internet connection.terrible internet service. The hotel should get this sorted. Travelers shouldn't have to worry about internet when lodged in a hotel costing nearly $120 "
