"Inconvenient and inadequate outlets. Outlets by bed are damaged, loose and unsafe. Property in general seems old and dated. In need of upkeep and updating."

"The hotel seems to be in the middle of updating. The bath/shower was updated, and the room was clean. But, the window drapes had areas where the lining was missing and light came through. The hvac system worked well. When we went to our 2nd floor room around 4pm a painter was still painting the hallways and the paint smell filled the area. When the painter left he didn't clean chipped paint from the hall carpet. There was an building entry lock that didn't work(lock). There was a group of children, maybe late elementary age, who were on an a organization trip who went down the hallway knocking on doors. The 2 desk clerks we met were very professional and helpful for our stay and navigating the detours from the work on the interstate ramp. Breakfast was the standard continental buffet style."

"I’m going to make this as nice as possible and maybe they will make things right. I spent two nights here with my family. We reserved two room. First they gave us two rooms on the second floor. My room was okay, dirty but okay… the girls room smelled like urine as soon as you walked in the door. Toilet was absolutely filthy. Door had a huge hole in it… we went and complained, they tried to give me a room upstairs, one room! Finally after complaining they gave me two rooms upstairs. Got settled in and bugs everywhere, not bed bugs… pincher bugs. In the sink, by the bed in the bathroom…. We’re by a wooded area so I just assumed that’s the reasoning behind the bugs. Oooh but second night letting the kids swim, kids with no parents in there, screaming and yelling. No towels,no lights just a mess… we left the pool area when we noticed a guy staring at the girls. We leave and come back around 2 am and I go to use the bathroom in the lobby and the bathroom was disgusting. Used lady diapers on the floor, trash over filled. Pads and tampons everywhere. Went upstairs to our room slept for 4 hours and left. I have pictures of most of what I’ve mentioned."

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."

"I am extremely disappointed with our stay. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised having a game room for families and children. Unfortunately, the game room was rented out for a private event all day, and our kids were unable to use it until around 8:00 PM. This was never communicated to us beforehand. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. There was urine around the toilet rim along with someone else's hair, which was absolutely disgusting. We also found grass in the bed, making us question whether the bedding had even been changed before our arrival. I have photographs documenting these issues. For the price we paid, we expected a clean room and access to the amenities that were advertised. This experience fell far below basic hotel standards, and I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and communication with guests. The shampoo and body wash was empty 😕"

"We travel and have stayed at this hotel every few months for 2 years! They are under new management and it is terrible! Stayed 4 nights, we had to stock the room…no toilet paper…no shampoo and conditioner! They would not take the trash from the room! No one was ever at the front desk and when we rang the bell we waited at least 10 minutes every time! The pool was cloudy and a little gross. We will be choosing another location! Who manages a hotel is important and this hotel is no longer one we will visit!"
