"The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. "Great accomodation in old town Altea. Studio was small but had everything we needed for our short stay. Cleaning was great. Keyless entry was challenging, we didn't receive our email for the virtual key and we emailed and contacted the company by whatsapp for them to send it but we're still awaiting a reply. "Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us.
