Nous avons trouvé dommage que le devant de l’entrée de l’hôtel ne soit pas propre ,canettes,papiers etc.. Le devant et le parking ne correspondent pas la propreté de l’ Hôtel ,alors que le hall et le reste (restaurant,bar et les chambres)sont très propres

Nice hotel , great car park

Hotel staff were approachable and polite.Breakfast was ok however very mediocre and of cheap quality . We only used the bar one evening as we were charged 14 Euro for whiskey and coke and the staff charged us different prices for bottles of water through out our stay. The Hotel is about 5 km from the centre of Alicante.However there is a lovely park near by which is worth a visit. There is no direct access to the beach from the hotel. There was free coffee and tea in the main entrance however we found the drinks foul. The Airport bus stop when leaving was nowhere near the hotel. We had to walk up a dangerous road with no pavement to get to it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, however it doesn't stop there. Most of the buses go into the town centre however flagging them down is a mission.

Lo unico que puedo repeochar es que a las 9:00 habia el servicio de limpieza limpiando habitaciones y haciendo un ruido en el pasillo insoportable con el carrito y la aspiradora que no se podia dormir. No lo veo normal...

NOISY ROOMS BAD PILLOWS

The location near the airport is the best ( 6 min ) the hotel condition is good and reasonable price for room and breakfast ( only 6 euro ) and dinner . i could rate 4-5 if it was not about the pillows...unacceptable unconfortable and the noisy rooms which are doublew with a door between and you can hear even a whisper next room . We had a family with children next room so we could not sleep ...BUT after complaining we've been given another room where we finaly slept without disturb

Belle expérience dans une très belle ville séjours magnifique. Hôtel au Top, équipe chaleureuse et disponible. Petit déjeuner super bon avec beaucoup de choix. Propreté de la chambre nickel sauf lit bébé malheureusement un peu sale. Je le recommande a 100%

Ok. Hotel didn't have minifridge.

The price was high to not have a minifridge or a local food store nearby. We knew it was a little outside the center of alicante before we came. We coudn't have much food in our room because of it didn't have a fridge. So that was a big downside for us. All in all a ok hotel. Would not stay there again.

Besserungsmöglichkeiten

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und man hat fast keinen Platz zum Sachen hinstellen. Im Wc hat es keine Wcbürste was etwas unpraktisch ist. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegender und zu Fuss braucht man ca. 30min in die Stadt.

Great facilities, bad location.

The hotel is close to the airport, about 10 min with taxi. Upon arrival, the check-in was easy. There's always someone at the reception, and the staff were glad to help. The room we got was clean, modern design. We upgraded from two to three beds, and were expecting same beds, however, the third bed was more like a folding bed. The bathroom was big and tidy. The hotel serves breakfast and dinner, no lunch. Breakfast was OK, a mini buffet with eggs and bacon, breads, coffee and sweets. No vegetables, would have been nice to have something from the local produce! The dinner was more on the negative side. We tried it the first night. My fellow travelers ordered lasagna, two types, and both were horrible. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, while being edible, not something I would recommend. It was as if the meals were prepared in advance and microwaved. The hotel is located about 5-10min to Alicante city, it was easy to catch a taxi nearby. Although buses leave about 100m from the hotel, the bus system was very confusing so in most cases we took the taxi. In Alicante there are plenty of restaurants and bars. For lunch and dinner, head downtown and you'll enjoy better food. The best beach we found was in fact in the city, Playa del Postiguet. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, the city is the place to go. And that's just it, the hotel is located outside the city so to have fun, you need a taxi/bus/car. Recommended for just sleeping, not for enjoying the full trip.

O hotel tem instalações modernas, quarto e banheiro bons, funcionários sempre disponíveis para ajudar, um restaurante noturno de boa qualidade. Está localizado numa zona sem serviços ou atrações, de modo que o deslocamento só de táxi ou veículo alugado, que aconselho, pois Alicante é fácil de dirigir.

4kms from Alicante - 12 euro taxi there and 11 back. Apart from hotel Italian restaurant, no others in area which is by the University. No towels in the room.

Great stay 😊

I traveled with my sister for a 7night stay to Alicante , check in was easy and the receptionists were so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed ! Staff definitely made the extra step to make us feel welcome . The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a little bit hard . All in all very good stay and fantastic breakfast.
