Hotel lovely and in a good location. However, room was unbearably hot at 26 degrees and when raised with staff was told nothing could be done. As it was winter air con was not yet on. Meant that we could not relax in the room as very unpleasant. Very disappointing.

Odyssey Rooms
Staff all very nice and helpful, hotel is spotless and there are great breakfast choices. Excellent location too. However, room amenities could have been better - for instance, separate shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated as would slippers. These are things you’d expect from a 4-star ...
