"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The first two days, breakfast was acceptable. However, on Wednesday and Thursday, the situation deteriorated significantly. The staff appeared untrained, some equipment was unplugged, the food was cold, and basic items like plates were unavailable. On Thursday, the only option provided was a simple breakfast sandwich. This level of service does not reflect the standards typically associated with Marriott International. At the front desk, there were also ongoing issues with a new system. Staff frequently mentioned problems with it, and unfortunately this resulted in billing errors, including a double charge. I was also not provided with a proper receipt, which made it difficult to submit my expenses. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, mainly due to service and operational issues that should be addressed."

"A great place to spend a night on a road trip. Location was great with multiple food options in walking distance. The young woman working the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. She was so happy to help me and my children. Will stay here again!"
