They let us go to the room, and we were told we would be contacted by Mme Maouche. We waited very late at night. NO calls. She ignored us completely. That was a very stressful night. The next day, in the morning, the receptionist told us that the payment was accepted without any explanation. We asked for the manager. They just told us that the manager is not available. The manager (Mme Maouche) is gone to Algiers. Worst experience ever. Be very worried and prepared before you reserve this hotel, online. "
