"Located in a tranquil setting surounded by nature. The spaceous villas are well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Everyone on staff are courteous, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The common areas inside and out are luxurious. "Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise mangelhaft: Stark verschmutzte Scheiben in den Aufgängen sowie lose Dielen auf der Pool- und Frühstücksterrasse stellen sogar eine Stolpergefahr dar. Der obere Pool war ruhig, aber unbeheizt. Der untere Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und wirkte dadurch wenig sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war gründlich, erfolgte jedoch sehr unregelmäßig....

"Buffet breakfast was excellent, serving everything you would want. We didn’t have half board and used the Primadonna Italian restaurant and Cocos Portuguese restaurant over the 5 nights we stayed. Both were excellent. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. After midday, the young lads from the bar were very friendly and helpful serving the poolside. Beach was 200m 5 minutes to walk along the wooden boardwalk."
