We had a pleasant stay overall, with some standout moments, but also a few hiccups.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and friendly staff making it a real highlight of our mornings. The quality of the room service was also good, though we did experience a few issues. The selection was somewhat limited, and the meal arrived without the correct plates and cutlery, which was a bit disappointing for the price. The €9 delivery charge for room service felt a bit excessive, and the €5 fee for extra plates seemed unnecessary.
The Kids Club was a hit with the children—they had a great time and it gave us some time to relax. Unfortunately, the bad weather meant the kids spent more time indoors, and they logged into the movie entertainment system. Unbeknownst to me, they were able to easily access and run up a bill of several hundred euros. I tried reaching out via email to address the charges, but it turns out the movie service is managed by an external supplier. Despite my efforts, I’ve had limited success in getting a refund, which has been quite frustrating.
We didn’t try the hotel’s other restaurant meals, so I can’t comment on those,
Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, the lack of support from the third-party entertainment provider, the extra charges for room service, and the small service issues prevent me from giving a higher rate "
