"Had a great stay at Roots hotel at the end of April. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were super clean and facilities good. Great to have the kitchenette which was well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The free coffee machine downstairs was great too with a pleasant seating area both indoors and out. "Short, 4 day solo break. Far exceeded my expectations - rooms, very large, all areas very clean, no outside noise. Breakfast was really good and included. Nice 'Quiet' pool and gardens along with main pool. Staff very professional, restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced. Bar staff were really good.
