Cari Servis Apartment di Alexandria

"We went to the bar/restaurant when we got in. As we walked over to bar, expecting someone to at least acknowledge us, they did not. Bar was not busy 2 others were sitting there. Noted the manger of bar was there at time David, he didn't bother looking our way. Even if it were busy I would expect, "We will be right there." That didn't happen. That manger needs a lesson in customer service. Other than that the stay was fair."

"Room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Bathroom was dirty and room wasn’t swept."

"A Relaxing Stay with Great Outdoor Amenities! Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was more than just a place to sleep! One of the highlights was having spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. We had fun playing Tic Tac Toe, enjoyed the outdoor pool area, and spent time sitting around the fire pit. I especially loved the outdoor spaces, which offered a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable seating. The fire pit was a wonderful spot to unwind in the evening, and the recreational...

"Staff"

"Plan to go out for breakfast as the offered breakfast from the hotel is terrible."

"The place was totally filthy discussing worn down, broken down and looked like it was more like a place where people live. It was disgusting and I’m OK with cheap hotels, but this was bad."

"They threw away everything I had in the room after I told them I was staying another night and had already paid/booked. Then last night they called the cops on me because there was a disturbance and they assumed it was me instead of checking things out. Come to find out of course it wasn't me it was a room two rooms down from me.Terrible 4 nights. Don't stay here."

"Needs to be cleaned more and deep Cleaning is very much needed"
