The suite was nice and basically clean. The gray comforter had a dark stain on it, which was a turn off. It was like a blotch of something possibly ink or dried blood. The sheets and everything else were clean. I did not like that there was not a clock anywhere in the suite, other than on the microwave. This was unusual, as most hotels have alarm clocks or something. I did not like that the only trash cans were in the bathroom and under the sink in the kitchen. There was not a trash can in the bedroom or living room area. I ended up using plastic bags from the store as trash bags, because both trash cans filled quickly, and no one came to empty. One light fixture over the bed was not working. The premises were quiet and unlike the traditional hotel. If you arrive after hours, your key is placed is a lock box. You will get an email that explains how to access. There is no lobby or anyplace to purchase snacks or any other items you may need. I’ve stayed in other suite hotels that did have a lobby with 24 hour front desk staff and traditional amenities. There are no close restaurants or stores, within walking distance. So, prepare for that! There are no indoor rooms; all rooms face the open courtyard. Overall, the suite was clean when I arrived. The premises/ rooms are very modern and comfortable and are very nice; I enjoyed my stay. I do recommend; however, remember this is not a traditional hotel set up.
