Always Great Experience
Excellent hotel they never disappoint and I highly recommend Fairfield with there excellent staff and facilities. Always my "go to" hotel when travelling.

Junk Fees on the bill
I was charged for "Data Services", I asked it to be removed since the Front Manager could not explain the charge. He removed only 1 of the charges, we got charged per day. WiFi was advertised to be free yet we are getting hit with this Junk Fee. Very disappointed in the billing but over the hotel was good. Breakfast was not very good. Need better, healther alternatives. No real oatmeal.

It was a beautiful new property. Clean and modern space, not always expected in Greater MN. i would stay again when I go to conferences at Arrowood if they are booked up.

The manager was SO kind. Property was very clean, beds comfy, breakfast was top notch and very on top of food for the busy weekend. Much better than the previous places we stayed for the weekend!

There were a group of adults in the lobby getting drunk. The front desk allowed them to be drunk and loud until midnight before telling them they had to go back to their rooms after we called and questioned their policy on quiet hours. We were 2 rooms down from the lobby and could hear everything that was being said.
