"Staff was helpful. It is dated. Breakfast provided was decent. The only issue we had was hot water. We had none. Called front desk. Had hot water for a day. Then no more hot water (they turned the boiler down again). It was warm enough to put up with to take a shower. There was hardley anyone at the hotel. I know they had the boilers turned down. How do I know? Lets just say I have a friend that is the chief engineer for Hilton. All in all we had a nice time. It was quiet."

"We were lucky to find a place to stay in the off season as it was late October when we visited the 1000 Islands. It was clean and comfortable. The hostess was friendly and very helpful. It was located a few minutes from beautiful Clayton. We would gladly stay there again."

"We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town,the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach chairs and campfire table, very friendly atmosphere and we definitely com back with more friends next year !!"
