"Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential. Stockbetten noch nicht mal 2 Mtr. lang, die Schlafcouch kaputt und eine Zumutung. Schubladengriffe in der Küche klebrig, Spülunterschrank kaputt, Türen hängen, Scharniere ausgebrochen. "A causa di qualche disguido l’agenzia non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. Inoltre, come indicato, viene richiesto un deposito di eur 150. La posizione dell’appartamento è fronte mare, molto bella!"

"This apartment was excellent!!! Very clean and spacious. It was our first time to rent an apartment and it was great! The check in was easy. Nice quiet neighbourhood, easy access and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Will be staying again next time we are in Peñíscola!!!!"
