"Fabulous hotel in every respect"

"This hotel is just off the highway and a peefect spot for day trips to Gibraltar and Tangiers through the Tarifa port. Staff were prompt and friendly with an easy check in and out. One staffer promptly addressed a concern we experienced involving another guest (boisterous and inebriated). He spoke to the guest to warn them and he also offered us another room on another floor to move us from the area which we accepted. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating options so we didn't have to wait for a table. There is a shopping centre (more of an arcade), some big chain restaurants to eat at and a grocery store all within a 5 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is on the older side but we found it clean, good space in the room and the beds were great."

What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture. For 6 nights, I had the privilege of calling this place home. To leave OKU Andalusia felt almost like a comedown from ecstasy. The bittersweet ache of stepping out of a euphoric world and re-entering the mundane - this is how intoxicating the experience was. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace! "Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "
