"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"Hotel Amadeus is a fabulous property! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I arrived well after the scheduled check-in time due to multiple flight delays and cancellations, but they were kind enough to make arrangements for my late arrival without any issues. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions, making it easy to explore.
