Restroom and drawers dirty, it had a funny and disgusting smell, there was two flies in the bathroom, no elevator, noisy ( you can hear the people next door and outside, difficult to find parking spots near where our room was. 😏 Front desk gentleman super kind and attentive when we checked in. Several restaurants and stores were nearby😃

It was a good room it out of stove in it refrigerator and a sink with a little bathroom is like a studio apartment. Pretty quiet until the last night when somebody got shot up and yeah no cops ever showed up for that and there's a substation like right around the corner but yeah I'd give it like three stars

Some of the normal things that I expect in a hotel room or suite were missing - Kleenex/tissue, paper towels, comfortable chair, only one chair at kitchen table with dishes for two, no common condiments like salt and pepper. Positives were comfortable beds, clean room and employees were nice

Building is aged and most areas in Albuquerque can be rough. However, I felt safe, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and the service excellent. Darwin offered 5 star service that made me feel comfortable and cared for as a guest. Thank you!
