"Staff, breakfast and pool area were fantastic. The air conditioning could be cooler and would be better to have more water stations. If you are on floor 9, you can use the water on floor 8 but not via the stairs - have to wait for lifts which although understandable as fire exit, not practical. Personally, not enough bars/restaurants in walking distance but still a lovely hotel. "

"We were traveling as a family of 4 and did the 2x2 family suite. It was perfect for our family, allowed 2 bathrooms, plenty of room to spread out and great beds. I would highly recommended this hotel for views and convenience."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room was immaculately clean with cold AC. Fantastic breakfast well worth the extra cost. Great location near City of Arts and Sciences, El Corte Ingles and great restaurants. Quick taxi ride from train station "
