"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it. "

"I absolutely loved this place, so much so I extended my stay not once but twice! I would have been happy to never leave. The location is fantastic. The only downside was the totally unnecessary Buddha bar type disco and MC in the outside patio restaurant, which was so out of keeping with the sublime surroundings. I used to go to the original Buddha bar in Paris 30 years ago, but I do not want this in a beautiful sleepy lakeside hotel while on holiday. I also felt for the people whose rooms were on the front with the noise every night. Whoever brainchild those did not understand the hotels unique charm. I would leave the property in the evenings, take a walk and eat elsewhere else to avoid it. Thankfully my room was in the back. "
