"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "Beautiful hotel & checkin/out process was fast & efficient. Staff so friendly! Rooms not huge & very dimm lighting but sufficient for our quick stay. Bathroom & shower are great! Close to tram to old town and a quick walk to beach. Breakfast items couldve been replenished more when big crowd. If you dont want cappuccino from machine you can pay extra for authentic…may take a while to get it."

"We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."

"3人部屋で予約してましたが、夜になってもソファーベッドがベッドメイクされてませんでした。フロントにお願いしたところ、担当者が勤務外とのことでフロントのおじさまが対応してくれました。また、フロントのミドルエイジの女性の対応が日本に比べてクールでした。フランスではそれがスタンダードなのかもしれませんが。 それ以外は素晴らしい滞在でした。海が見える部屋にしていただいたので、いつでも美しい海がみえて朝、夕方と色合いが異なる海の景色を楽しみました。部屋は3人で滞在しても余裕があり、清潔で快適でした。 外はすぐにプロムナードデアングレなのでお散歩も気持ち良いし、旧市街にも近く大変便利でした。 またアメニティのNUXEも香りも使い心地も良かったです。 朝食はつけなかったのでわかりません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあり朝買ってきて部屋で食べました。 ニースの海が見える部屋というだけで、滞在満足度が大幅上昇しました。またニースにいける機会があればぜひ滞在したいです。"

"The only thing good I have to say about this property is it was in a great location but up 3 flights of stairs, horrible, with no lift. There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again."
