"This was a wonderful hotel. The welcome we received was amazing. We were early for check in, but by the time we collected our luggage, our room was ready. Immediately we were asked if we needed help for recommendations of places to eat, or see. Staff were interested in ensuring we enjoyed the area. If you have a car, do ask for one of the reserved parking spaces in the nearby parking garage at the railway station. This was a secure spot and very close to the hotel. "The room was very clean, comfortable, easy to parking place,... we stayed 1 night but we really enjoyed to stay. The only thing there is a kind of smell in bathroom. If i go there i definetely to choose again for just sleeping."

"The hotel is magical, part of a working vineyard. It has a Michelin restaurant. Reservations a must. The wine tours with the affiliated Barolo producers were excellent. One downside is its isolation. Difficult to reach especially at night. If you're driving it's not for the faint hearted. Sometimes the GPS would lose the signal but otherwise, a gorgeous place. The special 5 course dinner was spectacular in its volume, the many comped dishes, the creativity, etc"
