"Tanto el edificio como el
apartamento eran muy lindos. Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del
hotel. "

"What a lovely apartment. We only stayed one night but I would come back at a heartbeat.
Excellent location, really close to Guggenheim. The reception area doesn't do the justice, room was laid out well, super clean and tidy. Washer/dryer saved me taking bag of dirty clothes back home. Staff super friendly. Bed so comfy, bathroom excellent."

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The check-in process through Whatsapp was smooth. The storage lockers (even the large ones) are very tiny if you are traveling with a family (I had the family room), and a second locker was not allowed."
