Great 10 days at "The Muz".

Fantastic location, very good food, hot water or lack of was a problem at times. No loud tinny music was a plus, plenty of loungers. I would visit again.

Firstly this is a kind a dated place. But everythind was functional and the location was the best, 5 steps from door to sea and located at the quiet part of the Alanya. Room and size was OK. foods OK. A nice decent place from my side.

The location was good with the beach right outside. The women who cleaned the rooms were so good and we'll give them 10 out of 10 without hesitation. The hotel could use some upgrading because some things were falling apart in the rooms. Got tired of the food after a while but still we could walk into town and eat there. When we booked the hotel, it said bottle water would be free. After all it's all-inclusive but you had to pay for bottle water anyway. Although the hotel wasn't in the best condition we would probably stay there again some other time.

Big dissapointment

The only positive thing was nice staff, everything else terrible. The room was awful, smelling like an ashtray (I bet there has neen inside smoking) and nothing helped, bathroom unclean and molded, all noise 24/7 came to the room from the corridor, the street and an awful beachclub next to the hotel. We didnt sleep the first night basically at all because of the drunken people making noise and the bad smell. We left the next day, couldnt take the unpleasent noisy and smelling room anymore. Also all drinks (basic sodas and juices) were finished that belonged to the all inc so cant say much good about the place. If you want peace or you are with family, avoid.

Otelin baştan aşağı tadilata girmesi gerek. Wc ler bakımsız, Odalarda mobilyalar eski, duş kısmı sıkıntılı, yataklar çık eski ve konforsuz. Yemekler eh işte idare eder. Tek iyi tarafı konumu, kendine ait plajı var, şezlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz, içecekler bazıları hariç ücretsiz.otopark olarak otelin önünde 3 ,4 arabalık yer var o da herzaman boş olmuyor.Asansör de yok

Lung, charming hotel on the beach

Quiet hotel on the beach. Fresh, well cooked food. Very fresh vegetables and fruit. Fresh bread every day. Friendly and nice staff. Nice lady at reception.
