The property was so dirty & each room/ hallway smelled like something different (smoke, animals, heavy fragrance like candles/incense, musty/moldy smells). We arrived at the property right at check in & some of the rooms were not ready and/or cleaned yet. We gave grace with that thinking the cleaning crew would clean the rooms & we’d be able to go on with our stay. Rooms smelled heavily scented like they sprayed fragrances to mask the odor the room initially smelled like. One of our rooms reeked heavily of bleach to the point it was over bearing & causing headaches. The worst part was that it didn’t even look like anything was cleaned. Rooms including the bathroom had brown or moldy build up along the tiles or countertops. There was brown or red (looked like dried blood) on the walls underneath the bathroom ledge/sink. The chair in our room was heavily stained. We had no fire alarm in our room they took it off the wall & the chords were just sticking out. The door did not have the extra safely lock on it. Thankfully the deadbolt worked but the extra lock was missing from the wall. Breakfast was complimentary & it was ok but honestly not good. The pool did not work the entire time of our stay. They had a lobby area/game room that was fun for kiddos but there were a ton of guests that were out there late at night and it was just a very creepy vibe. I was honestly scared my entire stay. This place should not be in business. It was a serious health concern! Do not stay here!!!

The hotel wasn't ready when we got there at check in at 3:00 P.M. When we got back 45 minutes later the hotel reeked of bleach. We had to open every window and door. There was only boiled eggs the first two days we stayed there for breakfast. The third day there was no protein whatsoever. There was no hot sauce or any type of flavor to put on the boiled eggs. The ventilation was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. There were multiple people smoking in the hotel in different rooms. The door to bathroom didn't lock and got stuck, plus was crooked and you had to lift it to make it close. The toilet didn't flush properly. You had to hold it down 10-15 seconds to get it flush. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in! I've slept in a lot of hotels in my life!

Big grease spot under the bathroom vanity with lots of black curly hair (I am blonde). The blowdryer didn’t work. Staff was efficient and helpful. Place is kind of run down and cluttered. The pool was closed while I was there. Breakfast was good. Sheets were clean and a/c worked well.

The breakfast was pretty limited, only carbs & no protein. The floor in my room seemed dusty, so perhaps it needed to be mopped. The shower head was way too high for a short person & sprayed me in the face! On the other hand, the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows, & I slept well.

Absolutely the most disgusting, dirty, unkept hotel. Expedia should be ashamed to even have such a hotel on their site. Carpet in a vacuum area had all kinds of dust bunnies and garbage debris that hasn't been cleaned for months. They had a fruit flavor water beverage with strawberries in it that showed the strawberries clearly decomposing and they were there into the morning the next day. The only reason why I booked it was because of the photos of the pool but their pool had been closed for about 5 days already for cleaning. The exterior is terrible with no landscaping service for probably months with weed growing up to your knee. Someone was doing an oil change in the back of the hotel with their vehicle on ramps. You have long-term residents at the hotel presumably for work and getting drunk and sitting right outside. There's a abandoned barbecue grill right outside one of the entrances. One of the

When I arrived I had called ahead for a ground floor due to my hip surgery and was assured by a young man that he would make sure it was assigned-When I arrived on the busy Labor Day weekend I was told that it was noted in my account but never assigned and that they may or may not be able to accommodate us -The young woman who stated she was the manager was kind and figured out a way to get a ground floor room-Unfortunately the room smelled like a Smoker Room -The front door lock was missing a screw (reported to house keeping) drain in sink broken, picture hanger on wall with no picture-electrical out under desk shorted out several times (reported to front desk) Pool Closed entire weekend (no other accommodation offered like share with another hotel-No meat on breakfast buffet or eggs -As the website showed and stated it offered-So with problems at 2 other Quality Inns-I’d say quality has gone down hill and I will no longer reserve a room at this chain -To the owner of this property Appreciate your staff and give them the tools to do their jobs! It was a very disappointing experience. The room did not feel clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout. The sofa was also in very poor condition, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Traveling with an infant made this especially difficult, and we had a really hard time during our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were far below our expectations.

This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos shown. We didn’t even end up staying because as we drove around the property 90% of the windows had screens ripped open. The building looked disgusting and did not feel safe traveling with a child and staying there.

Staff was friendly, nothing else wad good about this hotel. Landscape not kept up. Parking lot tough. People loitering in the parking lot. The door to the room was open when we arrived. The back door to the building was crapped open for smokers to come in and out without having to use their card. Did not feel safe and left early. I would not recommend this property.

The gym. Would have liked whole wheat bread as an option for breakfast and that the water dispenser be kept on. Loved the AC in the room. Staff was very friendly. Mostly quiet. Easy parking with no passes needed. Safe area. Very close to Main St. And most importantly the shower head was clean. I have a travel website and always note that.
